Crawley is operated by Novi ("Novi", "we", "us"), a digital marketing agency based in the UK, contactable at hello@novi.digital. These Terms govern your use of the Crawley website audit platform ("the Service").
Crawley crawls websites you own or are authorised to audit, and reports on SEO, accessibility (WCAG), page speed, and related technical issues. You may install an audit agent script on your own site to enable this. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to have your site crawled and audited - do not use Crawley against sites you don't own or manage without permission.
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials and connector tokens confidential. Let us know immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
Where the Service is offered on a paid subscription basis, pricing and billing terms will be presented to you at sign-up. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Don't use Crawley to crawl or audit sites without authorisation, to attempt to disrupt or overload third-party sites or services, or to circumvent any site's robots.txt or explicit crawl restrictions in bad faith. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that misuse the Service.
Crawley's reports and remediation guidance are provided to help you improve your site - they're automated assessments, not professional legal, accessibility, or security audits, and we can't guarantee completeness or that fixing every flagged issue will produce any particular business outcome. For contractual accessibility compliance (e.g. WCAG conformance claims) or legal advice, consult a qualified specialist.
See our Privacy Policy for how we handle data collected through the Service.
To the extent permitted by law, Novi's liability arising from your use of the Service is limited to the fees you've paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the updated version here with a new "last updated" date.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
